As an Anabaptist, Christian community of faith, Mennonite Church USA is committed to following Jesus, bearing witness to God’s peace, and experiencing transformation. We extend this peace and reconciliation to the earth, through creation care, as well as to our fellow humans. This work falls within our Peace and Justice Support Network. Through a new hire to work specifically with climate justice, we are adopting Mennonite Creation Care Network as a ministry of MCUSA. We also are offering a one-day Youth & Young Adult Climate Summit in July 2023, following MennoCon, to explore ways that young people can put their faith to work to address the climate crisis.
